Dr. Tiffani A. Worthy
Dr. Tiffani Worthy is Chief Executive Officer of All Things Are Possible Foundation (ATAP), the nonprofit organization she and her husband founded in 2007. ATAP serves more than 400 children annually through out-of-school-time programs, including before- and after-school care, Summer Empowerment Experiences, STEAM workshops, and academic and cultural enrichment programs for students in grades K-8 and teens.
Dr. Worthy brings strategic vision, thoughtful decision-making, and positive energy to Willingboro. Her service as a combat veteran and her private-sector leadership experience have shaped her focus on accountability, operational excellence, and results.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Dr. Worthy earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and French. She was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army and deployed to Baghdad in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, earning the Bronze Star Medal. She also holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Doctor of Education in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.
Her executive leadership experience includes roles with The George Washington University, M.C. Dean, and Day & Zimmermann. For nearly 15 years, she served as an Adjunct Professor and Course Chair at Drexel University, teaching project management.
In 2020, Dr. Worthy was elected to the Willingboro Township Council and was unanimously selected to serve as Mayor. During her tenure, she helped lead the Township through the COVID-19 pandemic, co-authored Willingboro’s first strategic plan, established core workplace values, stabilized taxes, and improved resident services. She was re-elected to Council in 2023.
Dr. Worthy is married to Reverend Dr. Carlos Worthy. Together they have three adult children, all serving in the U.S. Army, one grandson, and one granddaughter.
