Department General Policies

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued if requested prior to attending the program or if the program is canceled by the department. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. A doctor’s note will be required to receive a refund for medical reasons. A $10 administrative fee will be charged for any approved refund. All bus trips and events will have refund deadlines. As long as the refund is requested before that date, it will be issued. No refunds will be given after the deadline.

Registration: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and all forms must be completed with payment, if applicable. Residency is verified using GIS software.  Registration is easy!

Online Registration: Register online

In person: Register at the Kennedy Center Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Drop Box: Completed registration forms and checks can be enclosed in an envelope and dropped in our payment box anytime Monday - Friday between 8 am and 9:30 pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 8 am - 3:30 pm. Please pay in cash.
